The owner of -real estate is Theo Mekitanidis-Schnee.

Mr. Mekitanidis-Schnee was born in Greece. In 1970 he went to Germany. After his apprenticeship in a school for hotel business, he studied science of business management. He worked for many years as a leading director in different hotels.

Together with his German wife Marion and his sons Stavros and Alexander he settled 1989 to Greece and worked since this day as an real estate broker in Chalkidiki.
